ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONTRIBUTION TO THE VEHICLE FLEET OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JIPIJAPA

Abstract
This research is based on the significant contribution to the vehicle fleet of the municipality of Jipijapa through administrative management, since an existing problem that compromises operating costs due to the lack of adequate maintenance and obsolescence of vehicles was made known, which has an impact on the quality of services provided to the community. That is why, in order to determine the management of the vehicle fleet, it was possible to evaluate the public servants, validating their points of view, where the satisfaction rates are 82% on the preventive maintenance process, while on the management, it is considered that 81% has an influence on the good management of the vehicle fleet in the administrative area. qualitative methods to know and specify the theoretical and quantitative bases through a survey to know the results presented above, thus determining a good management of the vehicle fleet but with certain points in which to improve.
