Abstract
Occupational health in business and industrial settings has evolved toward comprehensive approaches that seek not only the prevention of workplace accidents and illnesses, but also the optimization of working conditions through strategies based on scientific evidence. In this context, this paper analyzes two fundamental dimensions: the integration of occupational risk management from a multidisciplinary perspective and the application of emerging technologies as innovative tools for prevention. The study is developed under a technical-scientific approach, considering the integration of disciplines such as engineering, occupational medicine, ergonomics, and organizational psychology, as well as the incorporation of advanced technological tools such as Big Data, artificial intelligence, wearable devices, and intelligent monitoring systems. The results of the analysis highlight the importance of adopting integrated strategies that combine multidisciplinary knowledge with technological innovation, allowing for improved efficiency in occupational safety and health management systems. In this regard, it is concluded that the implementation of these strategies not only reduces the incidence of occupational risks but also contributes to organizational development and compliance with regulatory standards, consolidating a management model oriented towards sustainability and the overall well-being of workers.
