Abstract

The analysis of the entrepreneurial ecosystem linked to the circular economy and environmental sustainability focuses on understanding the dynamics that allow the integration of innovation, regulatory frameworks and education in the construction of sustainable productive scenarios. The study exposes the way in which circular business models are constituted as transformative mechanisms within contemporary business systems, highlighting the importance of their design based on the use of resources, the regeneration of materials and the prolongation of the life cycle of products. In turn, public policies and regulatory frameworks are considered as elements that establish guidelines and parameters to guide actors to verifiable circularity practices, in correspondence with international sustainability goals. Finally, the role of education and entrepreneurial culture in local communities is addressed, understood as spaces where the transmission of knowledge and critical training strengthen the capacity for adaptation and social resilience. The articulation of these three projects shows that the entrepreneurial ecosystem is not limited to the creation of new companies, but that it constitutes a complex network of interactions that converge economic, social and environmental factors. In this way, an integral vision of the circular economy was promoted, which on the ground responds to normative demands, but which also encourages participatory processes of community transformation.
