EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS

Abstract
The study examines the relationship between educational technology and public administration in the management of sustainable projects, considering the importance of integrating pedagogical innovation, institutional frameworks and citizen participation. The analysis highlights the incorporation of digital tools into training processes as a strategy to generate learning applied to sustainability, facilitating the creation of academic communities and collaboration networks oriented towards responsible resource management. Asimism, if we approach the institutional frameworks of public administration as structures that regulate, plan and evaluate sustainable projects, establishing parameters of action coherent with environmental policies and international commitments. The relationship between education, citizenship and sustainability is also a central aspect, given that the active participation of society strengthens the legitimacy of public initiatives and contributes to the appropriation of sustainable practices in the territories. The use of educational technologies in these processes favors the democratization of information and access to consultation instances, promoting inclusive dialogue around project management. Altogether, the analyzed projects demonstrate that the articulation of educational technology, public administration and civic participation constitutes an integral framework that enables the consolidation of sustainable projects at different levels of management. The interaction between these factors reflects the need for transdisciplinary approaches that transcend sectoral logic and favor the construction of resilient environments.
