ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE RESOURCE OF THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF VALLE DE LA VIRGEN PARISH

Abstract

Administrative management is essential for the efficient and sustainable development of parish Decentralized Autonomous Governments (GAD). This article focuses on analyzing how the implementation of effective administrative skills can significantly improve resources and services in the Valle de la Virgen Parish, since adequate administration in the Parish GAD not only facilitates the optimization of resources, but also improves the presentation of community services, for which a mixed methodological approach with descriptive scope was used, which included surveys and interviews with authorities and citizens of the parish, since they provide relevance in varied perceptions about efficiency in resource management. These data highlight both the challenges and achievements in improving resources in the Valle de la Virgen Parish. Challenges include the need to improve communication between authorities and the community, thus ensuring transparent and efficient administration. On the other hand, the achievements highlight the efforts made by the parish GAD to more effectively manage its resources, which has been recognized by more than half of those surveyed. Despite the challenges, advances in this area are promising and essential for sustainable and equitable development.
