ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS TO OPTIMIZE COMMUNITY SELF-MANAGEMENT IN CAFETERIA BUSINESSES IN THE SANCÁN COMMUNITY

Abstract

This article based on the investigation of accounting systems to improve community self-management in cafeteria businesses in the Sancán Commune, emphasizes that they face important challenges in their financial management due to the lack of accounting systems, which limits their ability to control costs, plan effectively and make informed decisions. The objective was to evaluate how accounting systems can optimize community self-management in these businesses, thus improving their efficiency and sustainability. The methodology used combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, being an applied and descriptive research with a transversal design. The interpretive approach was used and the deductive method was applied in the use of accounting theories to local practice, the inductive method served in the development of conclusions based on data, the analytical method was used to examine the effectiveness of accounting and synthetic systems in the integration. of findings. The results show that the implementation of adequate accounting systems significantly improves financial control, precision in planning and efficiency in decision making in the cafeteria businesses of the Sancán Commune. The conclusion highlights that the adoption of these systems is relevant to overcome current deficiencies and promote sustainable growth. The innovation of the study lies in adapting the accounting systems to the specific needs of these community businesses, providing a replicable model that can be used in other communities with similar characteristics, promoting solid and organized local economic development.
