Abstract

In Latin America, the correct administration of the resources of an organization has been promoted, one of the most important is human talent who contribute to the achievement of institutional objectives, if a company does not have a correct administration in the management of human talent, it harms the job performance due to lack of communication, management, motivation, among other aspects. Through this article we intend to analyze administrative management and its impact on human talent in Comisariato Gonzalo Zambrano. The methodology that was used was from the qualitative and quantitative approaches, which allowed the variables to be examined with the help of methods such as theoretical-empirical, analytical-synthesis, deductive-inductive, historical-logical, descriptive and statistical, for this work it was taken Taking into account 61 people who are part of the company, resulting in the administrative management participating within each entity regardless of the activity carried out, strengthening human talent is essential because it is the most important resource that a company has. since through them the objectives that have been proposed to achieve as an institution can be achieved.
