OCCUPATIONAL RISK AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PRODUCTION LEVELS OF THE GEOPAXI COMPANY GEOPAXI S.A.

The fishing activity imposes a great risk, which, sometimes the impact that this activity often has on the workers is unknown. Therefore, this research focuses on analyzing occupational risk and how it affects the productivity of employees. The main objective of this research is to evaluate occupational risk and its impact on the production levels of the company Geopaxi S.A. The methodology used is descriptive research, being necessary to detail the current situation, processes and other activities that the company presents. On the other hand, the chosen population is finite, being 60 the collaborators that are part of this company, therefore, the application of formulas is not necessary; Among the techniques that were part of this study were the interview and the survey. As a result, it is visualized that 66% of the collaborators live in risk situations, of which they must be warned. It is concluded that most of the dangers for fishermen are falls, blows and destruction of machinery that affects the level of production of the company GEOPAXI S.A.
