Cooperatives were created in order to provide society with a better future, based on the social and economic character, born of socialism that recognizes the needs of man due to the monetary shortage, which caused many to join this to form great capitals, at present there are many of these organizations that have adopted fundamental characteristics, which makes ownership, investment, distribution of benefits and control of the company, in such a way that the modern economy is organized both of companies sole proprietorships or traditional companies and limited liability companies.
