REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA SOBRE LAS COMPETENCIAS DIGITALES EN EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR SEGÚN SCOPUS 2000-2024

Resumen
El presente artículo aborda las competencias digitales que han sido de interés en la educación superior en virtud de su incidencia en la innovación y la eficiente mejora de los procesos educativos. La base de datos Scopus forma un recurso importante para el progreso estudiantil y profesional en un mundo que cada vez es más tecnológico. En este estudio se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, con una revisión sistemática de la literatura en la base de datos SCOPUS, para esto la investigación se utilizó de forma general 56 artículos de un total 515 publicaciones que se tomaron de forma inicial, considerando el periodo entre los años 2019 hasta el 2023. Los resultados, muestran que las competencias digitales dentro de la educación superior todo el tiempo usa las tecnologías de la información para navegar en los entornos digitales para tener una mejor enseñanza dentro de los campos educativos, teniendo en cuenta habitualmente se hace cambios dentro del mundo tecnológico, lo cual se realizan capacitaciones para mejorar y aprender el manejo del mismo. Es decir, que estas habilidades, en particular permiten abordar los retos de una sociedad en un alto crecimiento social y tecnológico. Las competencias digitales son de suma importancia en los cambios de cada profesional en el campo de la educación a través del entorno digital en términos de la organización de los recursos, la disposición a más datos y la dimensión del apoyo a la comunidad universitaria. Finalmente, las competencias digitales son fundamentales y esenciales para mantener la sostenibilidad y la realización de la educación en la época digital, de modo que docentes y estudiantes tendrán las herramientas para vivir en una sociedad altamente competitiva.

Abstract
This article addresses the digital competencies that have been of interest in higher education by virtue of their impact on innovation and efficient improvement of educational processes. In particular, the Scopus database is an important resource for student and professional progress in an increasingly technological world. This study has as main objective to analyze digital competencies in the academic field, from higher education, a qualitative methodology was used, with a systematic review of the literature in the SCOPUS database, for this research was used in a general way 56 articles from a total of 515 publications that were taken initially, considering the period between the years 2019 to 2023. The results show that digital competencies in higher education all the time use information technologies to navigate in digital environments to have a better teaching within the educational fields, taking into account that changes are usually made within the technological world, which are carried out training to improve and learn the management of it. That is, these skills, in particular, allow to address the challenges of a society in a high social and technological growth. Digital competencies are of paramount importance in the changes of each professional in the field of education through the digital environment in terms of the organization of resources, the provision of more data and the dimension of support to the university community. Finally, digital competencies are fundamental and essential to maintain the sustainability and realization of education in the digital age, so that teachers and students will have the tools to live in a highly competitive society.
