Resumen
El proceso administrativo es considerado la gestión que engloba a todas las áreas de una
empresa, el cual está conformado de cuatro etapas las cuales son de gran ayuda para lograr los
objetivos de una empresa de la manera más práctica posible. Es por ello, que el presente artículo
científico tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso administrativo y su incidencia en el cumplimiento
de los objetivos institucionales de la empresa Metalmecánica del Sur. La metodología que se
utilizo fue de tipo no experimental con un enfoque mixto haciendo uso del método empírico el
cual permitió la recolección de datos y el método teórico como el análisis, analítico – síntesis,
deductivo - inductivo, el método histórico – lógico y el descriptivo y estadístico. El diseño
planteado fue de investigación descriptiva, bibliográfica para lo cual se utilizó una técnica de
campo como la encuesta. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron determinar que del 100% de los
encuestados el 11% tiene conocimiento sobre las etapas del proceso administrativo y su
incidencia en los objetivos institucionales. Por otro lado, se identificó que de los 53 encuestados
solo 17 consideran muy importante las fases del proceso administrativo. Se concluyó que el
proceso administrativo en el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales es de gran ayuda para
alcanzar el logro empresarial, y de esta manera se obtuvo mayor conocimiento sobre las etapas
del proceso administrativo y su incidencia en los objetivos de una empresa.

Abstract
The administrative process is considered the management that encompasses all areas of a
company, which is made up of four stages which are of great help to achieve the objectives of a
company in the most practical way possible. That is why this scientific article aims to analyze the
administrative process and its impact on the fulfillment of the institutional objectives of the
Metalworking company of the South Indmesur. The methodology that was used was of a non-
experimental type with a mixed approach making use of the empirical method which allowed the
collection of data and the theoretical method such as analysis, analytical - synthesis, deductive -
inductive, the historical - logical and descriptive method. and statistician. The proposed design
was descriptive, bibliographical research for which a field technique such as the interview and the
survey was used. The results obtained allowed us to determine that of 100% of those surveyed,
11% have knowledge about the stages of the administrative process and their impact on
institutional objectives. On the other hand, it was identified that of the 53 respondents, only 17
considered the phases of the administrative process very important. It was concluded that the
administrative process in the fulfillment of the institutional objectives is of great help to achieve
business achievement, and in this way, greater knowledge was obtained about the stages of the
administrative process and its incidence in the objectives of a company.
